How endings should be documented
Sovereign Tower is built around choices, consequences and knowledge crossing between timelines. That makes an ending guide more complicated than listing the last dialogue answer. The final outcome may reflect earlier audience decisions, the state of the kingdom, recruited Knights, relationships, completed quests and how the Sovereign used the rewind system.
Community research currently reports five main endings, but the accessible guides do not yet provide five consistently named, reproducible routes. This page therefore does not invent ending names or promise a “true ending.” It records the day-45 branch and no-rewind rule that current players can actually use.
Main endings versus character outcomes
A main ending describes the broad resolution of the Sovereign’s story. A character outcome explains what happens to an individual Knight or relationship within that resolution. These can overlap without being identical. Two players may reach the same main ending but see different character scenes because they recruited different people, changed a transformation state or completed a romance route.
For SEO and usability, these distinctions matter. A search for “Sovereign Tower true ending” needs the main route conditions. A search for a Knight’s ending needs that character’s state and related choices. Combining every spoiler into one unstructured article would make both questions harder to answer.
What Demon Power and rewind research must test
The Demon in the Crypts and the time-rewind system allow knowledge to reshape later attempts. When comparing endings, record which facts the Sovereign learned before the reset and whether new dialogue appeared afterward. Also test whether using Demon Power changes eligibility directly or merely provides the information required to make another choice.
Do not change an entire timeline at once. If you alter the kingdom state, romance, Knight roster and Demon decisions together, the resulting ending cannot show which condition mattered. A cleaner method is to preserve a save near a suspected branch and compare one change at a time.
Try Again, NG+ and the no-rewind condition
Players searching for “Try Again” or a Day 1 reset usually want to know whether choosing NG+ ruins an ending that requires resisting Demon Power. The current community answer is no: finishing a previous run and choosing Try Again does not count as a rewind inside the new run. You remain eligible for no-rewind outcomes as long as you do not use the Demon’s rewind during the current 45 cycles.
That does not mean every resource and relationship carries over. The reliably documented carry-over is unlocked knowledge and the wider set of abilities or options associated with NG+. Preserve a separate pre-ending save if you want to compare the day-45 choices without committing your only file.
A safe ending-research checklist
- Choose whether you are testing a main ending, a character epilogue or a romance outcome.
- Record the kingdom and roster state before the suspected branch.
- List major completed quests and any special items or Unexpected Outcomes.
- Record Demon Power choices and what the Sovereign learned in earlier timelines.
- Change one suspected condition, then compare both the ending title and the epilogue scenes.
- Repeat the route once before publishing exact requirements.
How this guide handles spoilers
Every ending article should begin with a short, low-spoiler route summary: the general alignment or objective, the approximate branch point and a warning about missable conditions. Exact dialogue choices, identities, deaths and epilogues belong in a clearly marked spoiler section. This allows a player to stay on course without losing every surprise.
Links from the Romance guide and Knights directory point to the narrow character outcome instead of dropping readers into unrelated story revelations. Likewise, achievement pages should warn when an unlock name or condition reveals an ending.
Questions still being verified
- Whether Demon Power changes ending eligibility or only enables knowledge-dependent choices.
- Every inventory, relationship and roster element retained by Try Again.
- Whether a Day 1 reset can delay or block a true-ending route.
- Which Knight, romance and transformation states alter epilogues.
- Which ending-related achievements are mutually exclusive in one timeline.
