Common mistakes

Reading “unexpected” as “optimal.” Some results trade one resource or faction gain for another.
Ignoring a Knight’s state. The Wolf and Rufus can be listed separately, and transformations may change available context.
Copying only the name. Equipment, mount, earlier knowledge or dialogue can be part of the trigger.
Using a similar quest title. Match the full wording and region before treating the table as applicable.
Forgetting roster pressure. A special result may not justify losing the only Knight needed for the next cycle.
